Works great for me. Make sure you put it in the correct folder. I don't remember if it's supposed to be ~ or /, but it does make a difference.
Also, you did install the drivers correct? And made sure the MIDI i/o is working?

Re: New/Prev/Next take commands don't work?
These commands only work with record-enabled tracks. I knew it had to be something odd... thank you Is there a reasonable explanation for this? It seems strange to me edit: I noticed it changes the take on all record enabled tracks. That seems very useful, but still odd that you can't change a take...

New/Prev/Next take commands don't work?
I'm going to post a techlink once I get confirmation of this..
Do the New Take, Next Take, Previous take key commands work for anyone? I tried assigning different commands to them and they do not seem to have any effect at all.

Re: DP 6 WON'T INSTALL
Works fine here.thebrokedrummer wrote:Just did a reinstall back to OS 10.5.4 and all is well. Apparently DP 6.01 is not compatible with OS 10.5.6.
Just have to make sure your permissions are repaired, and the dvd is in the drive.

Re: So many new members -- is DP6 winning converts?
Logic crashed continually for me. Dp6, imo, is no longer incredibly ugly ad offers all the features I need and some I didn't realize I needed
So, hi, I'm new and that's why

Re: Where is there an RMS Meter in DP?
Also Sonalksis FreeG (freeware) is an excellent plugin that has an RMS meter (red bar). I find it very useful for trim operations and general mixing. http://www.sonalksis.com/index.php?section_id=99 I just recently purchased some of their plugins as well and I've been very happy with the quality and...

Re: POLAR and other stuff Logic Pro doesn't have...?
here are some things DP doesn´t have... 1. no MIDI regions in the SE - it´s so cumbersome to copy MIDI and it´s so confusing to get an overview of the arrangement. it´s so much easier to see what is the musical context in Logic, Cubase, Nuendo, Sonar, Live, Samplitude.... I don´t know any other DAW...

Re: POLAR and other stuff Logic Pro doesn't have...?
There's a lot of features in DP that Logic doesn't have. Logic has like one unique feature, and that's the fact you can bounce offline without having to freeze/track anything. Not sure what other sequencers can do this. You can bounce offline without freezing anything in DP... I didn't know there w...
