Try reeper's driver, it works on XP sp3.

I've tried it in Nuendo (have selected the Motru Asio Driver), there is no any meter appearing in Cuemix or on the front of the Ultralite mk3 ...

Hi steph, I have the same problem with u , and my OS is Windows XP SP2, I also have a Texas Instrument 1394 firewire card (with twin Ti chipset) I have used the MOTU Techlinks and the service is the worst in the world, it let me be very disappointed.
