Ha ha no i sent the unit back to the supplier and they replaced it with a new one i expect mine had blown firewire ports. The new unit works fine but still comes up with a undifined error when tring to open cuemix. Im still looking for a fix!!

yeah i am having the same problem, an undifined error has occured: i had my first 828 mk 3 for about a week then one time i was shutting down the cuemix software my computer froze up and shut down saying my computer is recovering fom a serious error, It did this 3 times then the undefined error thin...
