Why isn't it possible to change the grid resolution or snap to marker etc in the Tracks overview window? There's a tab for it on the top right of the window but it's greyed out. Same in the Snap Info tab. It works fine in the other editors
Thanks

Locking Data?
Hey now,
Is there a way to lock data on audio and MIDI tracks?
By that I mean to lock events so they can't be moved, deleted or edited accidentally.
The lock icon doesn't do that but I can't find anything in the manual or online.
Thank you

Renamed Soundbites are not in my Audio Files Folder
Hey there.
So in Cubase, when I rename an audio file, it'll be in the audio files folder with the new name. In DP, however, it isn't.
Am I doing something wrong?

Re: How to select next MIDI note in MIDI editor
The problem it seems is that when using the Command shift-Tab and control-Tab, which should select the next note in the editor actually changes the value for the grid resolution (in the little window next to 'snap to grid' button on the top right of the editor). This must be a bug since I don't have...

How to select next MIDI note in MIDI editor
More questions that seem to have no answers in the Manual. I simply wanna advance to the next/previous MIDI note/notes. The TAB button does not work for that. opt-Tab and shift-option-Tab works great but only going from right to left! I can't seem to figure out how to do the same thing going from le...

Re: Record enable
What I'm trying to do is to select a region, which in turn selects the corresponding track. That all works fine. The I'd like to hit, for example, 'R' and the track is now rec enabled. However when I set the key command R to 'Track Record Enable' in the key commands window, I get a pop up box that a...

Re: Solo in MIDI Editor
Thanks man. I haven't worked in DP in a decade so it's a bit of a fumble job. I'm starting to figure it out however. Thank you! Also, would you know why the 'Snap to Grid' checkbox in the snap information window is greyed out? Can not set snap to Beat, Marker or change to 16th note grid etc... Would...

Linking Tracks window and mixing window
I have a template with 200+ tracks and I was wondering if there was a way to only see the tracks that are visible in the Tracks overview in the mixer. Basically I've recorded, say, 35 MIDI and audio tracks, I select 'Show only used tracks' in the Tracks overview and now I want to only see those trac...
