Posted: Sun Dec 16, 2007 10:38 pm Post subject: That sounds cool. I wonder does the input hit the plugin first and then it is recorded? Could you, for instance, put a LA2A on the vocal during tracking and would it be recorded that way?...or is that an impossibility? Thanks It depends, there are way...

Hey James, my studio is entirely UAD-powered so if you need anything just let me know. I find myself using the ENABLE/DISABLE blue dot in DP's Tracks window. That button completely mutes the track AND unloads the UAD-1 plugin you are using from the DSP usage bar, completely. The bypass button might ...

Frodo's right: freezing offline would be awesome. Best would be to be able to choose between offline or realtime (sort of what Logic's got). I use freezing and bouncing because right now I have one UAD-1 only and I need DSP power to move forward in later mixing stages. I have to say: realtime freezi...

v5.11 keeps working perfectly with no issues. It's been three or four days since I moved to Leopard+5.11 and I have to say nothing seems to be out of place. As I mentioned earlier..I actually like v5.11 more than v5.12 anyway. The hybrid Bitrate session capabilities were driving me way off (read: bo...

Nice avatar, Alberto, and I'm very glad you've had such success with our beloved DP. Thanks! I have to say DP is performing flawlessly now on Leopard and it has always been up to the task since I started using it in 1999. I've invested so much money in other DAW applications (for various reasons I ...

I uninstalled DP completely using the Installer on 5.0, then re-installed it and updated to 5.11. I've saved some projects as a copy in DP5.1 format and opened them inside Leopard+DP 5.11. Everything worked perfectly, I've done bounces, MIDI editing, fades etc. I had never tried 5.11 before because ...
