Need VEP with DP help!
Hello everybody, So, I have been using VEP 6 for at least 8 months but it has been annoying me that pushes DP to the back. Meaning that, if I have a DP window on top of VEP (or video window), VEP suddenly appears on top and I can't try to move anything on a mixing window or a plugin because VEP beco...

Re: The Raven MTi2 Thread
Hello everyone! I have owned my Raven MTI2 for almost a year now and I love it. My favorite control surface so far. I was wondering if any of you are using two Ravens with DP. How do you like it? I ask because I am considering buying another one (probably in a few weeks) and I want to make sure ther...

The HDMI appears to only work out. I have my other two monitors through thunderbolt.

Re: Video help! Please!
I got a converter from firewire to thunderbolt. My 002 performs okay with it. But not my firewire video box.

Video help! Please!
Hello everyone! Happy new year to all! So, since I upgraded to a new mac, I have been having trouble with my video. I have my timecode and everything checked and the video dones run in sync but it runs exactly one frame ahead on my firewire output. It is driving me crazy right now! I was hoping I ca...

Thank you for posting this!
I thought I was going to have to throw all my MIDI devices away. Phew!
Plugging into a hub instead of directly. I would never had figured that one out.

Re: Video out anybody?
Just an update. I went ahead and purchased the Blackmagic Pro card. It obviously does not work with Dp but works and plays smoothly with Pro Tools 9 and my 002R, unlike the firewire A/V link that was always throwing it offline (I am guessing not enough bus power). I guess I'll just wing it this way ...

Video out anybody?
Hello again guys! Well, I have been using a ADS PYRO A/V link box for over seven years and it seems it is giving up on me. So, before I go out and get another one or, one of those Canopus boxes, i wanted to check if anybody had any success using the Blackmagic HDMI card for a third video monitor wit...

Re: FYI: ADS Pyro A/V Link Video Converter Compatibility
Thanks for your reply!
I'm not sure if I mentiones but I now have a Mac Pro 2.6, 8 core. Still gives me the same problems. I have the 002 on the back and the pyro in the front. My understanding is that it is the same bus. Am I wrong?
Thanks again!

Re: FYI: ADS Pyro A/V Link Video Converter Compatibility
Hello, I have been using the pyro A/V link box for over 6 years now. I do notice that sometimes it makes my mac (2.8 8 core) struggle with firewire. By this I mean that, it doesn't like my digi 002 very much. They do work together but it takes a couple of boots someimes. Nice device. I was almost ab...
