Yes Fastlane supports MTS.
Can anyone testify to it being superior to non-Motu (i.e non MTS) MIDI hubs???

How important/effective is MTS??
Hi,
I want to streamline my setup and get one of those usb > MIDI cables that
would replace my Fastlane.
Will I really notice any timing difference losing the MIDI Time Stamping feature of the Fastlane?
I use DP7.

pls help, export query DP6
hello,
could someone please help me with this:
i have 26 stereo audio tracks (in DP) that i need to burn onto an audio cd as seperate tracks.
is there an export function that will streamline this process or do i have to bounce out each one as an individual track > iTunes > Burn CD?

Err....I get the feeling that this is the piano that comes with Mach 5 V2 anyway...
Take a look in your M5 manual.

Re: DP 6 GUI - What do you think of it?
I fired up Ableton Live the other day...this software is a good example of the 2D look that DP6 has adopted...but done well. Well-defined borders between different areas, grey shading and good use of colours make it very easy to know where you are and where everything is. At least if we had the opti...

\ So my question is to those of you with IK's CSR (Classik Studio Reverb). I am thinking that Echoboy could probably do everything that CSR could do... and probably better. What do you think? Is the purchase of CSR fairly redundant if I purchase EchoBoy and the bundled plugs? I know we can never ha...

DP6 can use RTAS plugs?!
Has anyone been aware of this? " Digital Performer continues to be the leading alternative software front-end for Pro Tools HD systems. DP6 now supports the use of RTAS plug-ins on aux tracks and master faders. In addition, DP6 supports the use of RTAS plug-ins under DAE on post-TDM inserts. &q...

Thanks for all your responses guys.. eSoundz have a group buy at the moment whereby I can pickup SampleTank and 1 other free IK Multimedia plugin for $239 US in total. I'd choose CSR of cource... This is a bit of a bargain to say the least... (CSR normal rrp = $399!) Is there any other convo reverb ...

Worth buying algorithmic reverb now? (ProVerb)
I'm wondering if it is wise to spend money at this point buying
an algorithmic reverb like IK's CSR, when DP6 is almost here and I will potentially be able to mimic it in ProVerb...
Or will I?

Thanks for the tips guys.. I have trashed all prefs necessary and done all the usual system maintenance stuff. Same, still getting notes just triggering out of nowhere. As well, the M5 MIDI channels are jumping now so I could be playing piano and then suddenly be playing a drum kit! My MIDI interfac...
