Re: CueMix Output channels only as stereo pairs?

Yes, dry-wet selection for the input would also be a cool feature. but as I never record "wet" this doesn´t really bother me a lot. I just don´t understand why I can´t use the DSP Effects on the outputs the same way I can on the inputs. this can´t be any restriction of the DSP chip, as it ...

Re: CueMix Output channels only as stereo pairs?

okay, thanks for clearing this up. So CueMix is just for monitoring the Inputs "with" effects and 0 latency, so I could record dry and listen wet?? What if I want to use the DSP Effects in my mix? I think they sound quite good, would that be possible? How could I route my setup so I can us...

Re: Repairing ADAT connectors on a MOTU 2408 MKII

should be pretty standard PCB mount type. just check the typical sites (mouser.com, farnell, digikey etc...) and compare the data sheets with you own measures, then you should be pretty safe buying. and if in doubt just buy two or three different ones, as they aren´t really expensive...?!

Re: Using two MOTU devices

thats interesting: when you aggregate the two 828 devices, do you have all the Ins and outs of the two devices available as one interface in your DAW? I currently have one 828 mkII, and I am planing on getting a second one - but I am worried that not all the ins and outs will work together - can you...

Re: How do I hear inputs all the time on the 828Mk3?

or just do the settings directly on the 828.
pull up the gain 1 und 2 with the value knob, and adjust the main volume to your needs, then go to setup and save it as preset 1 or sth.

Best way to go for 24 I/Os via ADAT/Firewire

Hi guys, I own a motu 828 mkII and a Behringer ADA8000 (via ADAT optical connected), but I am having several problems with this combination (crackles, only 4 of the 8 ADAT channels useable, maybe broken), and thats why I am planning on changing/selling the ADA8000 and getting some more MOTU stuff th...

Hi Mike, great work! I don´t have DP so I could only test the CS-32 with Ableton, glad it works fine for you with DP as well... I hope I don´t break any JLCooper copyrights by hosting the extracted driver files on my page, but as long as they don´t mind you are all welcome to dl them from my page he...

well, guys, i‘m new to this forum due to the fact that i‘m planning on buying the 828MK II FW as i‘m fed up with my fast track pro from M-audio. But after having read all of this thread here it seems to bee not the best of a choice - I have a Apple MBP 2,16 running Live 6.07 and Logic Express on it....
