I think the serial ports works on the older G5 models. Im guessing mine is the newer one.

mY mk3 seems to be fixed now.
Since the firmware update and new drivers havent had any issues since i updated.

I downloaded the new firmware and driver left it on overnight so far so good

I use it to bring the final mix back in my DAW as i use alot of outboard gear.

Is everyone using other Firewire devices such as hard drives.
Im only using MIDI out from the mk3 so it cant be that for me anyway.
