Main Output fader doesnt work

Hey guys, I have an MOTU Traveler MK1 and when I for example start iTunes and put down the master volume from the Cue-Mix console, the loudness doesnt change. The output is set on analog 1&2, while the input from tTunes is the on the same channels, so it should work. It just doesnt work. Is ther...

Good news: I have taken the second firewire port, updates to 10.4.8 and installed the brand new MUA-Drivers from Motu. Now, it works. Thanks to Motu, great work. ---> Load the new "Driver Version" from the Download Center and then, it will work. If not, try to change the FW port or change ...

I've done that several times.

I've formated my hard disc, then installed the OS new, updated, and then, I onlxy used the newest drivers from motu.

Same problem ;)

Don't think we did'nt try it. I've several calls with the technicans behind me, without any conclusion.

Ah, then you are one of the lucky people, like me, and many others, who have this problem.

I only ask me, why it worked...
At my MBP, it never run... okay, it appeared, but I was not able to work with it.

I hope the motu technicans will bring on a patch out for this issue.

Is your Traveler going on, but would not recognise, or wont it go on with the firewire bus? 1.) you have a power adapter. You can use it for powering the Traveler. Use it! 2.) switch on the side of the Traveler "Firewire bus power" to "off" 3.) Connect the Traveler with your MBP ...

Well, there are two things, you have to watch for: The Media Player The Codecs When you have all the codecs, every media player can handle the videos. Okay, that sounds interesting... Sample-rate will be reduced to 44.1/48 ? I'm not able to make other machines to the "master"? I use as amp my Pod XT pro, and I have problems to send and get the signal back. The main problem is: It is hard to configure, that the signal wont run in circles....

When I first put on my active monitors, I was nearly blown away. But his is not the fail on Windows, it's on our configuration.

Drop the source uo to the max. and recuce the last possible output. So, you have the full control which loudness is on maximum.
