Snap to beat: I think I found a Bug
Can somebody else confirm this: When comping a track. Let's say you have 2 takes. Tk1 and tk2 and you want to go to tk1 and copy a part of a sounbite to bring to tk2. If you use the "Merge" command instead of the "Paste" command to bring the soundbite, then "snap to beat&quo...

When you start DP, the 32Bits/64Bits settings can be seen on the lower corner of the dialog.

Just saw this as well. Wondering how it'll stand against Nectar1.

Re: One-click method for "Set To Selection Bounds?"
Double-clicking the soundbite with the "I" tool will do what you want. But I've been told this only works in the Sequence Editor. In the T.O. you can do the same by selecting the soundbite and then move the selection to the track under and back up. Now your soundbite will be "time-sel...

Re: Same as Pro Tools?
There are a lot of play-related commands in the command window. There's one that's just, "play selection". Which does just that without moving the transport bar. Today's MOTU facebook video is by a guy who works mainly the way I do. He's pretty fast moving around with the keyboard only. Th...
