Are you talking MIDI rythym tracks, or audio? MIDI audio is an easytranspose the MIDI tracks, sing to them, re-transpose MIDI, then transpose audio to same key. Audio rythym tracks get squirrely if transposed in large intervals. Likewise, transposed vox will only sound natural within a few halfsteps.

When you say you use Ozone for dithering, do you mean you're inserting it on the master fader and bouncing to disk within DP, or you're doing it in an external editor? If in DP the file is showing in the soundbites window as 16 bit, then DP does no additional dithering upon export.

CPU spikes while recording at 24/88.2

Hi, I'm getting bad cpu spikes at 88.2, mostly on playback. If I initiate a couple of plugins, it really freaks. I'm running 4.61 on a dual 2g G5, with 2.5g of ram, and a 300g 7200rpm dedicated audio drive. Buffer at 1024. Does anyone know what a good setting for the disk read/write size is under st...
