I tried merging all of the tracks, soundbites, files, etc. STILL had dropouts. CHECK YOUR MIXES -- sometimes you can't catch it visually. This is a MAJOR bug in DP 5.1. I spoke with MOTU again yesterday and they're sending me 4.6.1. I'm not going back to 5 until they fix this. If you're having this ...

Please contact Motu and let them know you're having the same issue. I spoke with tech support last week and they said they'd heard about the problem but had no fix for it yet. The more people that report the problem, the faster they'll get it fixed. If they don't get on top of this one pretty quick,...

Motu knows about it

Thanks,

Bounce to disk
Hey -- just found this thread after I posted a new one on this topic. I'm having this exact problem in DP 5 - working exclusively in DP 5 with my buffer at 1024. Bounces are coming out with gaping HOLES in them - horrible! Doesn't matter what format AIF, WAV, etc. or where I put them (folder or add ...

Bounce to disk weirdness DP 5 - Help!
Hey there -- Has anyone else run across this problem? Often when I bounce a mix to disk I lose audio - entire sections of the audio just disappear! You can see it in the soundbites on the bounced track. I've checked all my routing/bussing -- everything is fine there. I've tried bouncing AIF, WAV, SD...
