Re: Motu 828 mk3 high pitched sounds and dropouts!

Well, HOORAY! After a phone call to Apple Canada's "Express Lane" tech support I have finally resolved the High-Pitched Noise issue on my MacBook, using Traveler (orig) and 828mkII. The tech first had me reset the "System Management Controller" ( see: http://support.apple.com/kb/...

Re: 828 mk11 beeeeep no audio

I am experiencing the same trouble with both my 828mkII and my FW Traveler. I've had a detailed tech note about this posted with MOTU for nearly 2 weeks and no word yet from them. Re: surround panning - center diffusion?

If this will be music under dialogue, then you basically know that the centre channel will be full of speech, so you can keep the musical bits away from there for clarity. If its a 5.1 mix that is purely music, then the centre channel is just another resource. Here's something to be wary of, in term...

Re: 6.02 sequence editor graphic bug?

Well, it was there in 6.0 as well; sorry to hear it isn't fixed yet. My solution has been to zoom everything larger/taller by a few degrees CMD + page up) and then collapse the tracks back down and they seem to squish up more completely. What I want to know is what does 6.02 fix? MacBook/828mkII/Tra...
