Re: DP8 and DP9 Both Crashing, same crash report
Yes, I've done all of that. strange that both dp8 and 9 would have similar crashes. makes me think it could be hardware, or mac related.

DP8 and DP9 Both Crashing, same crash report
I've been using dp8 since it's release, never an issue, but now it's crashing on startup, I've tried disabling plugins, changing the audio input device, etc. I don't have the installation disk, I'm on the road with my MBP road rig, and have a few projects to get out for deadlines. I'm using Kontakt ...

MIDI export not lining up to grid
I arrange and compose backing tracks for a well known website. The client wants everything in general MIDI, and I export DP into MIDI tracks, format 1, separate tracks. He's importing these into cakewalk I believe, but he says the tracks don't line up on beat one, on the grid. I'm quantizing everyth...

Re: Virtual instruments not showing in MIDI outputs
I'm using 5.13
I thought I'd download the trilogy wrappers because of some conflict with Leopard, but it may be causing some of this.
You thing DP 6 will clear some of this up.
I don't think Spectrasonics is going to be supporting any of the older stuff which is a drag.

Virtual instruments not showing in MIDI outputs
I've got Native Instrumtns Kontakt, B4, Play, Elektrik Piano, Ect none of these are showing up in the MIDI outputs. I can select them in create instruments, but can't in a MIDI output. This is really frustrating. I tried rescanning the Audio units, and they all loaded up ok, but they are greyed out ...

Error 193
I'm having the same issue, working on a movie score, a large file, about 14 MB, with tons 3 kontakt setups, eastwest orchestra, etc. I backed up about 5 versions of the file, and they are all corrupt, coming up with error 193, I tried opening it as a MIDI file, but that didn't work. I also tried bac...

DVI Cables
I couldn't find DVI cables long enough, the G5 is in an isolation box, so
I bought 2 HDMI cables with DVI adapters, works great, much cheaper than DVI Cables, you can get them anywhere
