Hi all. All of a sudden I cannot get the arrow (select) cursor in my sequences window, and cannot select notes (MIDI only in this project). All that happens is the insert 'line' appears in the places I click. I've looked in manual and all submenus but can find nothing....help?

first of all, thanks for the advice....it is definitely 'settings' under finder/Digital Performer. Suppose I should have looked at all the nifty things Ventura would do for me. Are we dumbing down here? Oh well...

I’ll check that out when in front of my iMac. Yea “upgraded” to Ventura. quite a few unexplained issues including crash when click-dragging in quickscribe window and flashing insert bar that will not change to pointer in sequence window

where did 'preferences' go under Digital Performer menu?

figured it out....operator error. in system prefs/time, I had 'set date and time automatically' unchecked.

Hi all...

Lately my Mac clock will not show the current time. I go into System Prefs and change it, but when I go to turn on my Mac a few days later it shows the old date! The date still runs, but it is 2 days old. Any ideas?

DP (11) spends a long time loading MAS VST stuff on startup. Have checked into plug-in prefs, but don't see anything there. I use only AU and MAS plug-ins. Running on a Mac Pro 11.1

Any ideas?

Hi all, I've seen a couple of MF3 threads here, but I'm afraid they are over my head, so am asking this question in a new topic. I tried to open MF3 (for the first time in YEARS) on my Intel iMac running Big Sur 11.6.2,, but no-go. MOTU site doesn't even have MF3 on any support docs that I can find....
