Re: Options for slowing down audio

Nanosampler, drop 4 semitones. Not sure if it can load a song-sized sample, though.

Re: 32 bit to 64 bit Audio Unit Adapter- 32 Lives

I was recently able to utilize some 32b plugins in OSX for free using Soundflower for bussing and AU Lab to host the plugin. Worked well.

Not in my DP; only Select All works. Deselect All brings up the last selected track. Am I overlooking a setting?

"Show All Tracks" should at the very least be available as a key binding.

here's a random synth patch generator for Proton

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zx3jN6I4Txo I'm new to Pure Data. I can post the pd patch and more info if anyone's interested. To summarize: a button is pressed to randomize Proton's parameter settings. The parameters can be randomized individually or as selected groups. The video is a quick demons...

Re: MIDI Cycle-Recording?

Called tech support and the friendly rep was surprised to not find an available solution for this. Hopefully this will be included on a future update.

Re: Can't select "Direct Hardware Playback" ... help

Which make? I have an 828mk1 with the same problem and tech support said it'd be included on the next update, but that was a few updates ago and still no direct playback.

They did, however, send me a copy of DP7 which does support by hardware.

Re: MIDI Cycle-Recording?

It's been a couple years with a few updates. Is automatically advancing MIDI takes while recording possible in DP8?

Re: converting loops within tracks to soundbite

Thank you for the reply. I am using the Insert Loop function (or Loop Tool) within audio tracks. I select a portion of the track to be looped then enter in the "Num Loops." This method is incredibly useful for creating a quick sketch of a sequence using a few bars as a template. I often wa...

converting loops within tracks to soundbite

I've recently started using the loop function within tracks. I'd like to convert entire loop lengths to soundbites. Bouncing and freezing are both cumbersome; they require bypassing fx, mix level adjustment, etc. My goal is to select the length of the loop and perform a function similar to "Mer...
