I even have problems with iTunes. I was playing a radio capture (Audio Hijack Pro) and I kept getting the weird beeping/hiccuping, though it was something I did during the Hijack, but, it happens with other programs. I seems to have gotten worse with the latest Quicktime update. I guess I'll need to...
