I have the same Problem with my Miditimepiece AV. A powered USB 2 Hub didn't solve the problem with
the hanging Midinotes.
It,s really frustrating. These Problems Never happened with my old PowerMac.

DP 9 crashes very often while loading a Chunk from another Song in a new Song as Chunk.

I use cherrypicker with no Problems in Os 10.9.2 and i am very happy about this fantastic program.

Hi, I had a similiar problem with my new 828x. It is a hardware Problem. Motu Support said I should get a new bugfree mk3 from my distibutor. Speak with your Dealer.

I tried all possibilities but nothing happened.
I wrote to MOTU Support and they raid, I should sent it back to my Distributor and replace with a New One.
I think, it's a Hardware Bug.

Hello, Since some days my 828x stops booting. I can read on the display: Boot v.1.01 Loading Boot Router Done! Boot v.1.01 This happens with TB and also under USB! All Driver software is the newest version and the 828x firmware is 1.02. Has anyone a solution? Thanks!

Funny for me also. I let the 828 on 48 kHz and worked with the Build-in-Audio from the Mac, and then suddenly (I didn't do anything, really!!!) the 828 changed to 44,1 kHz and all was normal again.
Who can explain me this? I think, it hasn't to do with internal heat.
