Howdy folks. Well, I never thought I'd be talking about these 10 years later...
I haven't had MX4 for quite some time, but apparently these patches still load. I'm actually considering DP9, so I may be back.
For now, I've consolidated my 3 sets of MX4 patches into one archive that'll unzip into the original 3 zips. Here's the addy, hope you enjoy them:

I got sidetracked with work after my post to this thread - glad it worked out! I haven't even gotten a chance to try the patches with the new DP9 version of MX4, but I'd guess that that they would sound the same as they did originally.
