I'll give you the short version. There's a company that offers customized patchbay decals (they will apparently easily peel off) that you design online on their website with your own labels, colors, etc. and then they will print them and cut the holes, etc. and send them to you. They have templates for common TRS patchbays (like my Behringer PX3000). I think they cost something like $30 with shipping, but man they look sharp!
