My Mac has just started nagging me to do 13.6.6. Needless to say, I'm reluctant, so that is why I’m starting a new Ventura topic for shared experiences. Thanks to all in advance.

From what Mike quoted looks like it was just a courtesy update to patch some security vulnerabilities. I wouldn't expect it to make much difference, unfortunately.
OS upgrades can be a crapshoot. As I mention above, updating to Ventura broke some crucial functionality in DP for me (and only me apparently!) that no one has been able to fix. There were a few things in Ventura I needed, but I sorely regret the decision to upgrade....demonstrating the hard way that YMMV is not simply a platitude
Sorry to hear it, how very annoying. I generally wait years (I went from Big Sur to Sonoma, missing out Monterey and Ventura all together. That's how long I waited. Haha) and I dont remember why I upped when I did.dix wrote: ↑Tue Apr 02, 2024 3:12 pmOS upgrades can be a crapshoot.
