No "Import" options for Bounce To Disk in DP11??

Post by shigekawa@icloud.com »

I want to be able to bounce virtual instrument tracks back into the sequence in DP11. In previous versions there was an "Import" option in the Bounce To Disk menu. I don't see any such option in DP11. Is there a work around? Thanks in advance!

It's in the Bounce to Disk dialog window.

.

I haven't been able to find it either and looking for the solution. I think you need to record tracks into new ones, or freeze selected tracks? It seems like it was there in 10 and then they did away with it in 11? Things have changed in all aspects of searching for solution. It seems like when I first got into this, you could search google and always find the solution.

OK something haywire here with your guys systems. Your whole dialog box is wrong, I have import options no matter how badly I select audio in tracks. You're missing Sample Format and Import options under channels etc. Contact Tech Support, but the first thing I would try is pull the MOTU preferences onto your desktop, quit and restart DP and see if that solves it.

I see what's happening here. The dialog doesn't offer the import option if you choose one of the third party formats. Any thing above the line is good (internal formats) and anything below the line not so good (core audio, LAME). I guess I just never set it to anything other than Project Format. Same on PC, though the third party choices are very limited.

Thank you I will check it out, but would think WAV files would be included.

The MOTU wave file in the top selections is good for import. The core audio version, no import

Good catch Charlz,

You want Broadcast WAV TrebleHook. It's on the top choices.
