MIDI Pgm Change (Newbie question)

Post by pneron »

I assume there must be a way to issue a MIDI Program Change command in DP. I am not strong in the MIDI world and appreciate any support.

In the SE in the track header there's a drop down selection box labeled Insert. Click on that and Program Change will be one of the options. When you click Program Change the cursor will turn into a pencil. Click that where you want the PC in the track. To change the PC number, click-hold the Program Change indicator in the track and the full list will be presented. You can also add one in the Event List for the track.
