MIDI editor workflow
I assumed that to edit MIDI in the MIDI editor I could follow these steps below.
1. Select MIDI track(s)
2. Click the MIDI editor tab and those tracks would be shown for editing
However that doesn’t show the tracks I selected

Re: MIDI editor workflow
So here anyway this is the only way it doesn't work. Selecting the Tab doesn't do it, but selecting the tracks then hitting the keyboard shortcut for the MIDI editor shift g, that does exactly what you want.Saxplayerz wrote: ↑Fri Dec 22, 2023 7:20 pm I assumed that to edit MIDI in the MIDI editor I could follow these steps below.

Well if the tab view doesn’t work get rid of it!
Re: MIDI editor workflow
Double click instead of selecting. That’s the general method for just about anything in any app and computer. Make sure the preferences are set to open the MIDI editor when you do that. The tabs are so you can switch back and forth with different editors.Saxplayerz wrote: ↑Fri Dec 22, 2023 7:20 pm I assumed that to edit MIDI in the MIDI editor I could follow these steps below.
