DP 11.3 Notation Editor

Does the Notation Editor work at all anymore? I either get an infinite beachball, or a crash thread, or a blank staff in any window.

In part of another thread on 11.3, I posted this bug and others repeated it. MOTU says they know about it and will fix it.
