DP11.3 Sequence Editor MIDI Note Visibility while editing note duration

When edge editing MIDI notes in the SE, the note border goes the same shade of gray as the black note background in my preferred Theme of MoTools, essentially rendering the note invisible while edge editing sharps and flats. Note becomes visible once edit tool is released.

Doesn't do this in 11.23, because the note border is white while editing.

Anybody else seeing this in DP11.3? Thanks!

Just for clarity and if I get get a contact at MOTU to look at this, could you attach a screenshot maybe?

If my upload worked, you can see the difference between DP11.23 and 11.3 in these two movies. I tried a new file, one created in DP11.3, and got the dramatic results shown... the disappearing/reappearing note!

With markers a single character marker doesn't stand out from the background. I have to put a space before the character to make it visible.

I tried it with a couple themes, including the default theme, and the outline was either black or white. I wonder if some themes "confuse" its process of picking black or white?

It’s working if I use the default theme. Guess we lost themes now.

Yeah man, I’m sure they meant to do it on purpose. They will get it fixed. You made it sound like themes are gone and lost for good.

Use 11.23 if you want.

If the update happened the way mine and others did, 11.23 is still residing in your Applications Folder.
