I had briefly installed DP v.11 and it began saturating my MIDI track with dense gobs of ctl-17 while recording. So I deleted the preferences and that seemed to take care of it as I fell back to v.10. Yes, I saw these rascals without my controller ON.
I'm just curious what they are for (see pic)
