Consoles- causing issues

After gleefully posting on here last week how nifty the Custom Consoles feature in DP is, I've discovered they're now kind of buggy.

I have a console in my default doc that I seldom use, but realized even when not open was causing odd behavior recording/playing CC data that's targeted in the console. Oddly, deleting the console from the project doesn't restore functionality.

I'll contact MOTU about this, but wondering if any of you notice this issue?
