As an aside, I wish there was a reasonably reliable AI crash report interpreter.
M1 MBP; OS 12, FF800, DP 11.3, Kontakt 7, Reaktor 6, PC3K7, K2661S, iPad6, Godin XTSA, Two Ibanez 5 string basses (1 fretted, 1 fretless), FM3, SY-1000, etc.

EDIT:

So the OWC dock solved my FF800 MIDI driver problem, and RME released a beta TotalMix which has --UNFORTUNATELY NOT-- solved my other issue. DANG. 18 months-- AND COUNTING.

Nice! What a good feeling. I'm still fighting with a serious issue with Eucon 2023.9 and DP 11.22. The challenge is figuring out whether the problem is on Avid's side or MOTU's side. Last I heard MOTU can reproduce, and they're trying to resolve it with Avid. Until they do, it puts a real damper on my EuCon experience. More info here:

I've been a fan of OWC gear for awhile. They put out good stuff.

The TOTALMIX thing still isn't fixed. I was lulled into optimism by the fact that it didn't freeze for a few hours (which is really rare). But I got home and it was toast. Back to the drawing board.
