Ultralite MK5 issue

Hi all,

I am running MacOS 13 Ventura with a brand-new Ultralite mk5, but the Ultralite mk5 always has the following problem:
When I play back music, the audio often just stops from playing (OLED screen shows no signal). Sometimes the audio comes back normal and sometimes it comes back with a "bit-crusher" / "down sampling" effect.

Things I did:
1. USB cable is straight connected to my computer so no USB Hubs.
2. Sample rate is set the same.
3. Different usb port and cable but still having this issue.

Only solution right now is to restart my Ultralite mk5...

Have you guys had this type of problem? I would like to hear from you! Thanks!
