Routing Audio

Hey everyone

I 'm wondering is it possible to route audio volume control from my desktop eg, itunes etc to a desktop control such as the keyboard volume control rather than reach for the pan pot on the 828mk2. Would it require bussing 1/2 output in cuemix?
