Warm Audio WA-2A

Post by James Steele »

This just came today... excited!! It's basically a very popular LA-2A clone as most of you know. Call me cheap (or broke) but I just flat out don't have $4700 for the UA unit!

I plan to wire it to the patch bay you see in the second pic. Also not pictured is my Millenia HV-3C that will go above the WA-2A. I plan to normal the WA-2A to an input and output on the 828es so I have the option of using it in a hardware insert, but most of the time I'll break the normal and patch it: Millennia > WA-2A > 828es for tracking vocals. For bass: U5 > WA-2A > 828es

I once got slapped across the face for saying that. It’s all about “context” I guess. Image
