Motu M2 - sample rate & buffer size always changing on every pc reboot :(

Hi all,

i am new here;
problem description:
every time i reboot my windows 10 pc, the Motu M2 configuration control panel sets (arbitrary) and shows a different sample rate & buffer size than that previously set last time on the same panel;
example:
i set a sample rate = 96 Hz and a buffer size = 128 samples than i close the M2 configuration control panel and i use normally the Motu M2 on my daw;
then i reboot my windows pc, and when i open M2 control panel the sample rate & buffer size are not 96Hz and "128" samples as set before reboot, but are 48Hz and "64"samples;
and so on on ...on every pc reboot, sample rate & buffer size are always changing and are not mantained as set as previous time.
...
can anyone tell me how to make sample rate & buffer size locked/set ad at the given sample rate & buffer size saved the last time on the control panel?

I have the M4 and I don't experience your problem. Did you update its firmware and drivers?

I'm having the exact same problem with my M4 and looked at the wondows 10 sound settings but don't see anything obvious, what settings did you change to fix the problem?

PS: I'm on the lastest device firmware v2.04 and windows driver v4.0.9.2462.
