We are in a unique time with all of this.
I remember waiting for my 20 CD Ivory piano upgrade.
Couldn't wait to load all of those files to get the "greatest piano ever".
Put in disc after disc, waited and after an hour or two, I heard the "amazing piano".
Now, all of that info could easily be a 30 second download.
New times, new paradigms.
Let go of the old discs and recycle them.
Moving my studio. What should I do with dozens of software boxes??

Brother 'Nandito...
I have the same problem mate. Even got my big Cubase 3rd-party book for the ATARI and floppies from that era.
I've been thinking about turfing the Spectrasonics and DP boxes for a while now and your thread's motivated me to finally do it.
Tip for all:
The old DP manuals make great risers for all manner of things, even fake pot plants.

Same here. Reminds me it’s time to clean out a load of stuff including huge Cubase boxes. If I can get rid of a whole book case, I can fit in two new guitars.monkey man wrote: ↑Fri Apr 01, 2022 9:34 pmEven got my big Cubase 3rd-party book for the ATARI and floppies from that era.
