What's an active topic? A while ago, I set a link on my homepage that goes to the active topics link here. But that misses a lot of posts. What makes a topic "active"? I looked at the FAQs, but didn't see it there.

I tend to use the link that says “New Posts.” I’m not sure how phpBB defines “active topics.”

Same here Jimbo; "new posts" has always been my go-to in forums. :headbang:

I tried to figure out a definitive answer for Steve yesterday but the more I thought about it the more the lines became blurred. :lol:

I haven’t gotten quite used to the new indexes but I’m liking them better than the old board.

There was a definition in an earlier version that had something to do with "7 days". Apparently a user can define these things. I'll just go with "unread".
