Shout out to MOTU tech support
I have been getting fast, intelligent responses to submitted Techlinks. It's not the boilerplate "Did you trash preferences" - they really are listening and replicating/verifying issues with no runaround. I appreciate that very much.

Re: Shout out to MOTU tech support
Without going into details, one time, a MOTU tech support person made an honest mistake in trouble-shooting something. But rather than making me "eat" the consequences of the mistake, that support person did the right thing-- and without hesitation. Yea, I've been pretty happy with MOTU's support over the years.
Another case was far less satisfying-- i.e., denying/other-blaming an easily replicated issue (the adjacent note bug)-- but I guess they can't always be perfect. Still, I like all those folks.

It's definitely gotten better over the years. I still think some of their record keeping could use some work, like when one tech confirms a bug and later, another has never heard of it.
