Here’s a YouTube link to a video for a track from one of my more recent client projects. Chris Turner started out in the business in the early 60’s in London, moved with his family to New Zealand in the late 60’s and came to Australia shortly thereafter where he has remained. He was a member of seminal Aussie Metal band Buffalo and also of renowned rock outfit Rose Tattoo - inspiration for formation of Guns n Roses. I tracked the drums for his recent album Chris Turner “Rocks”, played a little keys here and there on a couple of tracks and mixed/mastered the album on DP/Waves/ analog summing and mastering chain here in Sydney at my private facility The Wav Ranch. We were going for a traditional heavy Aussie rock vibe.
