Is there any way to resize the total appearance of the program? All things are very tiny. I can almost no see some texts.

You can resize the Tracks overview but, globally, I don't think there's an option to enlarge everything.

Other than an OS screen zoom which will enlarge but you lose detail.

If I'm missing something, then I'd like to know as well!

I think that OS should control it. I will check it.

It's a known issue. One less-than-ideal workaround is to go to your displays preferences and try lower resolutions. In mac they seem to have improved the way that is handled in OS 10.11
M1 MBP; OS 12, FF800, DP 11.3, Kontakt 7, Reaktor 6, PC3K7, K2661S, iPad6, Godin XTSA, Two Ibanez 5 string basses (1 fretted, 1 fretless), FM3, SY-1000, etc.

You can try the windows Magnifier tool. It can be set to either amgnify the whole screen or just the area around the pointer (using "lens" mode)

Turn on
Win + (plus/equal)

Turn off
Win + Esc
