Hello,

I recently purchased a MicroBook IIc and I've been having a lot of problems with it. I've spoken to MOTU support and it appears to be a hardware problem with the device.

While I'm waiting on a definitive answer, I'd like to uninstall the MOTO driver from my Mac, which is running High Sierra.

I could not find instructions on MOTU's Web site for uninstalling the driver and software. Can someone here provide me with that information?

Also, HD>USERS>your user folder>LIBRARY>AUDIO

Search for all MOTU files. Delete.

You might also check your Application Support and Preferences folders if you want to really clean everything out, but the latter two folders shouldn't be a problem if the AUDIO folder files are deleted. Be sure to restart after that. A SAFE BOOT would also be a good idea.
