I'm still working on getting all of my synth names to show up in DP. I never got around to it with FreeMIDI, but I'm on a roll here.
Does anybody know how to get names out of an Opcode Galaxy bundle? I have a couple of synths that don't have standard OMS patch files, but rather, a whole bundle.
I know that CherryPicker doesn't currently support these. Any other thoughts?
Thanks,
Hardin

No - I tried and couldn't get it to work - not even able to copy the names as text. I ended up typing the names into the midnam file manually. So there does not seem to be an easy way.

Re: Patch names from Galaxy bundles?
Bummer.
I've been doing the copy>paste method (copy patch name, paste into CherryPicker) from text files, PDFs, or anything else I can find around.
I was able to export each bank from Galaxy by selecting all, choosing "copy patch names", and then opening a text file and pasting them in.
Not ideal, but I'm making progress.
Any time saver ideas from anyone would be appreciated.
