Monitor 8, External Effects and Ableton

Hello I am in great need to help after trying to get this together for the last few hours.
Anyways I have external effects (ex Strymon Big Sky) that I want to use as a Return Track in Ableton.
I am not sure how to get the inputs and outputs set properly (tried lots of combos in the localhost website)
Ableton 9 latest
Windows 10
Monitor 8
