Tracks Window Vertical Scrolling Lag

Sorry if this has been pointed out before, I was searching for it and couldn't find anything.
Like the subject says, I have tremendous lag trying to scroll up and down in the tracks window. I don't have the same kind of lag when scrolling side to side, nor do I have any direction of scrolling lag in my MIDI edit window. My sessions usually quite large and have 100+ MIDI, aux, and stereo tracks. Not sure why this is happening, but it's very frustrating.
Running DP 9.5,
12-core Macpro 5,1 (3.46hz)
32gb ram
SSD
