Unisyn 1.5.2 quits unexpectedly

Just as Unisyn has started and is about to load data from the most recent session, it quits. I've recently upgraded from OS 8.6 to 9.2.2. But I can't remember this problem occurring immediately after reinstallation of Unisyn (after upgrading the OS).

I seem to have solved the problem simply by reinstalling Unisyn.
