OS Foundation.dll Platformfontmap

Update: I've spoken with tech-support. They have identified the problem, and are working on a fixed update.
FAILURE_PROBLEM_CLASS: APPLICATION_FAULT
FAILURE_ID_HASH_STRING: um:null_pointer_read_c0000005_osfoundation.dll!platformfontmap::putto
Here is what many of my crash .dmps are reporting. Does anyone have a clue on where I should look to get this sorted? It is my understanding that the error is caused by a function within the file OSFoundation.dll found within DP9 folder. Reinstall did nothing for it.
Desperate to try anything at this point.
