configuring 2 AVB interface

Im having a rough time configuring a 112D chained thru a 116A
Simple set-up:
Mac--->Thunderbolt--->116A-->Ethernet--->112D
i/o:
116A: 8 in, 16 out
112D: 16 out
Thats it! No mixers, no fx, mains, headphones etc
Im on a Mac 6.1 with OS Sierra, running DP 9
I'll give someone a 10% discount on any item I have for sale ( except the Manley) on reverb.com ( go to shops and see Keith's Gear Emporium)
