Motu ultralite avb, how do I mix in effects/EQ to DAW?

Hi everyone,
I'm using the Motu ultralite avb with Sonar X3 and I just wanted to know how I can mix/add the Motu on board dsp effects/leveler and EQ to my already recorder tracks for a final mix down instead of using the Sonar DAW plugins.
I hope this make sense as I'm new to this unit, but I want to add the Motu DSP to the tracks at the end and then export it to a master in Sonar.
