Themes and background colours

On my Windows 10 machine, DP 9.12 uses the same colours for the backgrounds of all the smaller windows (bundles and preferences etc) as it does in the main screens (sequencer, tracks etc) and there isn't a border around these windows, so they seem disjointed where the backgrounds blend. I know this is purely cosmetic but it makes the display look like there is an error occurring and to be fair suggests a limited use of colour despite the ability to use multiple colours on the tracks. Is this how it is supposed to be or am I indeed seeing an error?
