PCIe 424 with Harrison Mixbus Win 7 64 bit?

I have a PC with a PCIe slot open. I'm running Harrison Mixbus32c and Studio One on Windows 7 64 bit. Mixbus does not like my Avid interfaces, so I'd like to get an interface that works with Studio One and Mixbus that I can expand beyond 24 i/o. I track bands, and I like to use rack gear and my console to mix.
