Bugs with shortcuts of editor tabs in 9.12 ?

When I select the various editors (Tracks, Sequence, Drum, MIDI, QuickScribe, Mixing Board...) via the tabs everything works as expected. Also note that I have the track selector show/hide different tracks depending which editors I'm in, again it works as expected.
Now, if I use the different shortcuts, for example (Shift-T) for Tracks, (Shift-S) for Sequence, (Shift-G) for MIDI...DP behaves really odd. For example, I'm on the Tracks window, all tracks are selected in the Track Selector and NO Track Name selected, I can't go to the Sequence or MIDI editor via shortcuts.
Is this a bug ?
